The prices shown are in Euros and include all applicable Cyprus taxes. The price indicated in pounds sterling serves a guide only (the exchange rate is, of course, subject to fluctuations) but the actual rent will be charged in Euros at the time of booking.

BUILDING WORK COMMENCED BEHIND THE VILLA AT THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER 2008. WE HAVE THEREFORE REDUCED OUR PRICES BY AT LEAST 20% FOR ALL BOOKINGS WHICH MIGHT BE AFFECTED BY THIS.

Disruption to 2009 bookings will be minimal though because by 1 April 2009, the project will be into its 7th month so most of the noisy work involved will have been completed by then. The work will last until about the end of July 2009, when the villas are due to be handed over.
